Forum city

One of the things that makes me crazy is the driven culture in the high ways. when the people who can drive do not have enough education because they thing in the own benefits a not in the way rules. The government need to make people aware of the importance of education while driving. In my opinion this is one of the main reasons of the traffic chaos that occurs in Bogota every day. Needless to say most of the people living in the inner part of the city have to suffer this hellish conditions every day. To make things worst, the public transportation of the city is as unorganized as the city itself. these things show us what kind of city is Bogota and i am sure that the idea who foreigners have to Bogota is different that the real.
